Frequently asked questions
No catch, just one condition. To start the prototype, you pay a deposit, which we agree on after our first qualification meeting. If you move forward with the full build, we credit 100% of that deposit toward your project, so the prototype costs you nothing extra. If you decide not to continue, the deposit covers the work on the prototype, and the prototype is yours to keep.
Ask how that project started. If it started with a spec and an estimate, the outcome was predictable. Ours starts with analysts mapping your real operations and a working prototype before any long-term contract: the two things that remove the usual failure modes before money is at risk.
You don’t have to be. There are no technical conversations at your level: we talk payroll, error cost, time and risk. Analysts, PM, designers, developers and lawyers are our job; running your company stays yours.
Mid-size and large engagements, typically from the tens of thousands of euros, scoped fixed after the prototype. We’re rarely the cheapest and never the most expensive; we’re the one where the quote doesn’t grow mid-project.
We’re not replacing anyone’s job. Most engagements start where the current setup ran out of capacity. Your IT people get documentation, handover and a system they can operate, and most of them become our biggest allies.

You do. Full handover of code, documentation and IP is contractual. If we ever part ways, you take everything with you, including the specification and training materials.
